NOWEMPA is governed by a Board of Directors, which oversees the strategic direction and
policy development of the organization. The Executive Committee manages the day-to-day
operations, ensuring that NOWEMPA’s activities align with its mission and values. The
organization also engages community members in decision-making processes to ensure that its
programs remain responsive to local needs.
Membership
NOWEMPA offers two types of membership:
- Founding members: The women who were instrumental in establishing the organization
and continue to play a leadership role. - Honorary and associate members: Women and men from the community who support
NOWEMPA’s mission through financial or voluntary contributions
